CJW Newsletter is a comprehensive extension, fully integrated with eZ Publish for editing, managing and distributing newsletters, as follows:

Subscription management:

• Managing multiple compartmentalized subscription lists
• Subscription in anonymous mode (form) or related to system users
• Managing lists of subscribers by adding, editing, deleting, CSV import, CSV export, blacklist, etc..

Newsletter construction management:

• Full integration with CMS for customizing data entry forms, business rules, required fields, relations with the media library or contents of the CMS
• Choice of HTML or text format
• Choice of associated design (template system native to CMS)
• Multilingual newsletters management
• Newsletter preview
• Sending to a test email address

Sending management:

• Routing mode configuration (SMTP, local MTA)
• Routing of emails by subscribers list, and background script (CRON)
• Management of email failures by automatic authentication on the different configurable outbox emails
