The Support and Maintenance Department works on eZ Publish applications in operation (Application Management), whether developed by Kaliop or a third party.

The department covers:

  • If a third party provider: recovery and initial application optimizing
  • Level 1: support requests (helpdesk)
  • Level 2: Corrective maintenance
  • Level 3: Software maintenance: version upgrades, editor support, ...
  • Scalable maintenance
  • License management (eZ Publish Enterprise, ...)
  • End of contract: reversibility to a third

An operating application involves numerous almost daily actions: to support and track our client requests, whether it is consulting, support, scalable or patch type, mobilize resources as part of our commitment to deadlines (Maintenance Quality Plan), ensure an internal escalation process (eZ Publish experts, Hosting Department, ...) or external (eZ Systems). The organization of the Department, and its high level of eZ Publish expertise help to provide the availability needed to effectively meet these needs and to assist our clients over time
